Hi Gary, Wasn't that to be the filming of Sting's creation of The Emperor's New Groove soundtrack? Why, is it out and Has anyone seen it yet? Michelle In a message dated 1/27/03 7:17:35 PM, listgary@mn.rr.com writes: << Oh, what is "The Sweatbox"? I have not heard of it. >>
I just happened to see it at the IMDB. It shows a date of 2002. Which reminds me... what is "Captain Planet and the Planeteers?" From what it shows at the IMDB, this show has more stars in it than the sky. Also, I see something else I have not heard of. "Artemis 81". I guess Sting plays the alien angel "Helith" It's described like this...
Paranormal novelist Gideon Harlax is drawn into a battle between the forces of good, represented by alien angel Helith, and the forces of evil, represented by Helith's evil brother Asrael. Ranging from Oxford to Denmark, a North Sea ferry to an alien planet, Harlax unwittingly becomes part of an ancient plot that may result in the destruction of Earth...<<

Hello, The Sweatbox was a documentary on the making of "The Emperor's New Groove" that was made by Trudie. It has had a very limited release, but has never made it into wide release. I guess that it shows Disney execs in not too flattering of a light since they did treat Sting badly by rewriting the entire script after he had given them his songs based on the original story line which was to be called "Kingdom of the Sun", if I remember correctly. Captain Planet was an animated series that aired on TBS years ago. They had lots of celebrities do guest voices on the show, including Sting. The show was about superheroes saving the planet from environmental dangers...so Sting was a natural guest voice on the show due to his work on saving the rainforest. I hope that this helps!
