Or Tony Orlando and Dawn. That's who they took me to see. First concert, Tie a Yellow Ribbon. Guess he is still around though and you could see them if you want to take a bus trip to Branson w/people with some wild purple hair. Damn it. Now that I think of it, Tony Orlando is the reason my parents wouldn't let me join the Police fan club back then. I joined the Tony Orlando fan club and never got jack from them. Wow, this is really bring back some bad memories! I may need to go see a shrink now.

I'm sorry?  I'm confused.
Look it is a nice song I suppose, but all this fanaticism over a nothing band is plain silly.  They'll never be like a KC and the Sunshine Band or Gino Vanelli.

Ross, you sound like my parents! That's what I got from them when I begged and pleaded for them to let me go as a what, 15 year old? I love rubbing it in their face that I chose such talent to glom onto!

Lets pretend it is 30 years ago and Roxanne is just starting to get some
airplay.
I'll start.

You know, I'm getting sick of that song called "Roxy" (or something like
it).  Dunno who sings it, but mark my words, We'll never hear from them
again.  I'm tired of these basement bands with 1 hit wonders.
