Not necessarily. You know he's written a lot of songs with tragic elements, and been blissfully happy at the time. I don't want dark music really, just something more than love songs. His songs are always more than they seem, but you know what I mean.
And It's better to be uplifted these days. (As long as it's not bland)

I know what it is I really want from Sting musically--something exhilerating, something that moves me in an un-romantic or technical way, something with an edge.
