Hello, I am still out here in the fringes, and I still read the posts regarding Sting, I haven't bought an album since Mercury Falling, at the time of its release alot of people were critical of this album, but go back now and listen to it, I think it will surprise you, if you compare it to his new stuff. I still look forward to a Police Reunion, not because of the Nostalgic Value, I think it is a huge challenge to Sting to recreate this success as he always says "they went out on top." I think it is time Sting thinks of someone but himself! The Fans who are loyal and patient have been waiting too long! Bring Back The Earth & Sky, and the Rhythmatist Guy! Hmmm, a not so nice nameless e-mail was sent to me in reply. With some questions I would like to answer.
Why I joned? Stings music once ment the world to me, even helped me in difficult times. The dream of, Nothing like, The Soul cages, remember those? Why I'm critical? Because his nowadays music is not up to the level we might aspect from Sting. The level he set! Besides, I bought every single thing Sting released. I feel that I have a right to be critical. Why I'm still on the list, I still love his albums, up to BND. I keep hoping for better releases in the future.

Sting and his music have become more polished, accomplished and mature, yet they remain the most interesting mainstream music and lyrics available. Your comments can only make me wonder why you would take the time to join a 'club' about someone you disdain so?

about a reunion Andy made a wonderfull album, Earth and Sky. (If you didn't buy it, do it! It even has real drums!) I would hate to see the a reunion in wich Andy and Stewart would get no space to develope their music but be the mucisians to Stings boring
