A few questions that I'm hoping this list can answer:

1.  I remember a few years ago it was reported on this list that Sting, Stewart, and Andy got together to tape an interview/audio commentary that was to be released as part of a box set rerelease or greatest hits rerelease.  One music magazine (can't remember which one) even printed a transcript of a portion of the interview.  Has this ever been released in any form?

The Magazine that had the interview printed was ”Revolver”, it hasen’t yet been released in any other form. I think that it’s gonna be part of the reissue CD’s (hybrid SACD?) that are released in March.

2.  I was fortunate enough to attend Sting's Central Park gig at the end of the BND tour. Any news on this getting a CD or DVD release?  Has it been bootlegged?

I think it was broadcasted on radio, and there are copies of this broadcast.
