Brian, If you are way beyond offended by my comments, then you take things a little too seriously for your own good. My comments are based on the last 10 years on this list. Just looking at the Sacred Love era we have seen complaints about the album, about the tracks released in what countries, it then progressed into a character assassination of Kipper. Then as the promo shows were announced there were screams of unfair over each show that was announced. Let's go one by one.... 1. Paris was announced, and the Americans in general were complaining that the Europeans "always" get the good shows while the Americans get shafted, then there was an almost mockery of the fan club because they seemed to have more tickets than some of you expected them to have. Jokes abound about "so called exclusive" fanclub bollocks. People then complained that they rushed out to buy these tickets because they thought they were exclusive to find out that a few weeks later they were still available. Then people proceeded to to complain that the 60 dollars for the tickets was too much. Stings opening shows on the BND tour were face value 250, 275 and 300 dollars. 2. Hammerstein, New York was announced and the people on the west coast started to complain that New York gets all the good shows and the West Coast gets fuck all. Then people complained when the allocation was sold out in one day, they complained that the fan club should have had more tickets, yet when they had more (as in Paris) you mocked them. 3. Tour dates get announced, and the ticket prices in general were around 60 dollars-90 dollars across the board (excluding New York) and you are all complaining again. Please note that these prices are less than the BND tour was when he did the jaunt through the small venues at the beginning of the tour. There is no point comparing the early show prices to the arena show prices, as when he comes through the 2nd time, the tickets will be lower as they were the last tour. As I went to over 50 shows on the BND tour, I can assure you that this is the case. Just take the opening weeks of the BND tour. We had 3 shows in Vegas, the first two were almost 300 per show and the 3rd show was 300 dollars. The LA shows followed at roughly 250-265 per show for the 4 nights. These are far more expensive than the current shows. 4. Comparing the prices that Andy (who?) and Stewart (who?) charge is ludicrous, they are totally unknown to everyone other than the old Police fans and a small smattering of faithfuls. I love them both, but their marketability is zero compared to stings, therefore compare stings ticket prices to The Eagles, or Paul McCartney and you'll see his prices are far less than his peers. This list has its share of complainers, but I can't understand why they bother to sit on this list year after year claiming that they hate the albums, hate the tours, wont buy another cd etc, yet linger around. Next we'll be complaining that Sting doesn't play Buttplug, Indiana on this tour and how he is letting down his faithful 3 fans there. Jeremy
