[Police] Re: What's wrong with the list?

Hey guys, Something weird is going on here. I keep getting emails I send to the list returned because the address is unknown. Sometimes, they appear on the list despite having been returned, but my latest one didn't. I know it isn't because of HTML attachments; I'm composing this in Plain Text mode and have erased the list text before replying each time... let's see if this message gets through.
