Well, thanks to my girlfriend's wisdom of joining Best Buy Reward Zone last year and a little luck with a fast brand-new Mac pro at work, I have 2 tickets for MSG 8/3. And great seats at that. I feel blessed; usually I get screwed on deals like this. It's 4 hours since the transaction and I'm still shaking. It's my understanding that the Vancouver presale is tomorrow. The fansite lists noon as the time, and I think this is local (is Vancouver Pacific Zone?). I noticed in the small print that the premium membership gets you up to 4 tickets for ONLY ONE SHOW during the whole tour. If you get less than 4, they won't "carry over" to another show. Anyone else mention that here already? So choose wisley, I guess. The instructions also explain how to access the presale through that website as Bruce suspected.
