Hi all! Just wanted to let you know that Sting is one of the featured artists on a new CD released by Disney called "Wishes". The song on the CD from Sting is "My Funny Friend and Me" from The Emperor's New Groove. I know that many of you probably already have this song in your collection, but the cool thing about this CD is that $5.00 from every sale of the CD goes to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. For those of you not familiar with Make-A-Wish, it grants wishes for children between the ages of 2 and 1/2 to 18 who have a life threatening illness. As a person who has been involved with Make-A-Wish since I had my own wish granted in 1991, I can testify that this organization is a wonderful one to support and I am thrilled that Sting is on this CD. Btw, my wish was for a computer, back in 1991 they were not that common an item to have in your own home and I really wanted one to help finish high school and take with me to college. I debated for weeks on a computer versus meeting Sting...the computer (practical side) won out.
