just checking. i assume by now you've all heard the sad news. (if not, check the loopz.co.uk news section.) unfortunate for sure, but it's not often you see musicians with enough integrity to know when it's time to hang it up. in any case, i'm sure we haven't heard the last from the brothers hartnoll. so, as for that blue album... i'm listening to some alleged promo mp3s right now. i really like what i'm hearing so far - classic orbitalesque melodic layered synths, pounding beats, and general awesomeness. nothing like going out on a high note. :) now, let's see if this email actually makes it to someone, or just gets lost in the void... -ben aka nub _________________________________________________________________ Is your PC infected? Wow... good to see some activity on the good 'ol Orbital list. I've heard the new of the Blue album..and it does suck. But for some reason I doubt it will actually be the last. I still need to listen to the Octane soundtrack as I've yet to hear it :-(. Well...if anyone is out there feel free to reply! The announcements say it'll be the last _english_ show, which I assume means they might do a big US or Japan tour if they run out of money ;) As sad as it is, I'm glad they're ending on a high note, and very glad I've got a Glastonbury ticket! jon -- I would like to suggest that you not use speed, and here's why: it is going to mess up your heart, mess up your liver, your kidneys, rot out your mind.
