I just haven't seen enough electronic shows. I missed BT/Hooverphonic (which apparently wasn't much to miss), the Crystal Method, Thrill Kill Kult, Ritchie Hawtin, Orbital, etc. Part of it is location - not enough shows come to the area - part of it is lack of funding. :P I'm hoping to catch Dieselboy later on this month. The only major show I've seen was the Chem Bros/Oakenfold/Sasha & Digweed in Chicago. The Chems were great. I'm not a huge Oakie fan, but he did alright and didn't strike his Jesus pose, so it was all good. John Digweed did some short solo sets as Delta Heavy - wasn't down with it at all. S & D were last up and spun some decent stuff, but we were all so tired by that time that it just didn't get me moving. Good show overall though. Very funny to look up at the skyboxes and see Oakie dancing on the balcony outside his - with glowsticks. Best show I've ever seen - Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers. But I've loved Petty since I was in about 3rd grade, and I honestly believe that that man is God. :) I'm jealous of the stuff all ya'll have seen! Julie "Everything's love 'til you find out the price." -Propellerheads f/ the Jungle Brothers, "You Want It Back" YOU CANNOT STOP ME WITH PARAMECIUM ALONE! Jesus saves sinners and redeems them for cash and valuable prizes. Reality is only an illusion that occurs due to a lack of alcohol.
