Hope everyone caught that tonight..
At the end of the episode a few of the staff members decide to go to the
Shadow Club (something like that, anyway) to see Orbital. It was only Paul
shown, but kind of neat anyway.
Brandon, Hey I lost your address and want to send those cds out to ya. If
you could email me back with that I'll get those out to ya soon. Thanks.

wow, that's amazing. they actually mentioned them by name? like "hey kids,
let's go see orbital!" i'm finding it hard to envision this. very cool
though. i'm also curious as to what song they were playing.
in other orbital news, i bought the brown album yesterday. this is the 3rd
copy i've owned - the first one i gave to my best friend, and the 2nd one is
the australian import 2CD w/ the peel sessions, but the track splits are all
in stupid places. anyway, just thought i'd share. :-D
and just so this isn't an entirely pointless post, here's a short list of
recently-discovered good stuff:
disco biscuits - they forgot the perfume (jammy trance-rock... or something)
sweet robots against the machine (towa tei side project)
susumu yokota - sound of sky (fantastic house)
kettel - smiling little cow (like plaid meets - i dunno - something good)
tosca - fuck dub ep (chilled breakbeats, analogue squelches, and a bit of
pounding dnb taboot!)
peace orchestra - s/t (kruder side project - organic melodies and blunted
beats)
