OT: question about quality electro
Dear Music Friends, Where should one start when you want to get more into electro...? What are classic electro albums? Drexciya, I-F, Japanese Telecom, Anthony Rother, the Electrolux label, would that be a good point to start? I was highly impressed with Subtonal's "Dark Distortion" cd on Electrolux, which was recently uploaded to CR's ftp. Who can tell me where to go from here...? Thanx in advance; it's much appreciated Steph... -- "Life films us exactly" - Vladislav Delay _______________________________________________ Sign-up for your own FREE Personalized E-mail at Mail.com http://www.mail.com/?sr=signup Travelocity.com is giving away two million travel miles. http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;3969773;6991039;g?http://svc.travelocity.com/p...
there is a website called Apollojams.com that sells so excellent tapes, even of radio shows from the 80's. you can get classic electro mixes and some really amazing kiss FM sets, Red Alert playing records + Tony Humphries both great. i also recall Andrew Weatherall has played some great electro on groovetech. --- Chain Reaction <fsol@mail.com> wrote:
