There is clear evidence from: 1) the attached letter, 2) previous letters he wrote on http://mailman.xmission.com/pipermail/orb/ showing that he had a hatred and a motivation to hack this company, 2) His accociates have shown an ability and a willing to do what he wants, notibly a friend Bill from Hull listed a hacking code on this same list a few months before, 3) We have evidence to show that the suspects IP address has accessed Dreamhosts, 4) the suspect is planning on leaving the country for France, to avoid arrest when the hack is to take place.

The france thing is bogus, and you know it. He was leaving anyways. As far as accessing dreamhost and stuff, that shit that thrash posted was just the WHOIS output. You dont have to be a hacker or even malicious to get that info: just type "whois dreamhost.com" from any unix command prompt. :-D

Richie posted code which was quite obfuscated and CLAIMED that it was malicious in nature. Given its ambiguity it easily could have been. Thrash posted an obviously non-serious question (anyone really think he wanted to destroy a processor!? hah!), and attached information which is freely available and in the public domain.
