Great Britain is England and Wales WITH Scotland (So does Scotland make britain GREAT ??)

UK is Great Britain and N.Ireland possibly with Shetlands and Orkney...but not forgetting Isle of Wright.

I am trying to imagine what would happen if New York was arranged in a similar manner with each combination of the 5 borroughs having its own name, eg: Manhattan by itself = Manhattan Brooklyn by itself = Brooklyn Staten Island by itself = Staten Island Queens by itself = Queens The bronx by itself = The Bronx Brooklyn & Manhattan = twin cities Queens & manhattan = The inner strip Bronx & Manhattan = Divided by pee (the body of water which separates them basically is a tiny stream of piss) Queens & Brooklyn = "The island" (part of the same land mass, also long island is part of this too) etc etc etc. There are 5 factorial combinations (5*4*3*2 = 120!), and thats just with 5!
