The computer eventually broke but it was out of warranty, and the G5 had come out at that point. So via pulling some strings I was able to get him a FREE brand new G5 as a replacement for his G4! Complete with full warranty. And what does he do? Calls Apple support cussing and swearing and yelling and being a complete asshole. Repeatedly. Bitching and yelling and being a complete cunt. To the point where I got in trouble at work! People wanted to know who the hell is this guy and why is he calling us screaming obscenities etc?!?!? When I confronted him on it he turned into Dickmaster General 2000 & attacked me with the same exact shit the Apple support people had described.
