Apple Tree In My Backyard derivative of LFC?
I would definitely agree. I have only had one listen, but at the time i thought there was something familiar about the track. Once I heard the new samples about the sky it became clear. Not a bad track I suppose, and surely it's live version will absolutely knock your socks off ; ) Oh by the way I think I'm going to London tomorrow( I like to do it spur of the moment stylie ) and should be there for a week or so, and was wondering if any orbsters could let me know if there are any upcoming orb gigs in europe over the next 6 weeks or so that I could catch. This may be my only shot to get the full B&T experience or any orb live experience for that matter. That or any other suggested electronic music festivals or gigs that are not to be missed in the humble opinion of the trusted orbsters. Lets face it almost any advice would be great. Corbett p.s. Rachel just tell me where you want me to meet you in Europe and I'll be there : ) _________________________________________________________________ MSN Premium: Up to 11 personalized e-mail addresses and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?pgmarket=en-ca&page=byoa/prem&xAPID=1994&DI=1034&SU=htt...
If you are looking for what can only be described as the premier electronic music festival EVER! then you could do a lot worse than this little beauty coming up this weekend (and only 5 miles down the road from my house <hoorah!>). http://www.gladefestival.com/ Yes, it is a sell-out I know but tickets are up for sale on ebay and in my opinion if LX is gonna pop up anywhere else in the UK this summer then it's gonna be here. I mean his Loophead partner in crime Steve Hillage is already on the bill anyway as is Youth and a whole host of others. And how many three-day festivals in the UK do you know where the music license allows the stages to keep on going till 4am every night 8)))))) Like you need an excuse for this one. And in other news, since I got made redundant I have decided to say f'-it all and blow the lot on a round the world ticket. I land in New York on 15 Aug and I ain't leaving San Francisco till the end of Sept. so likewise, if anyone can recommend any good, festies, gigs or plain good places to hang out or doss then please let me know. What goes around comes around I find. For that matter, the same goes to anyone in or who may know about Fiji, New Zealand, East Coast Australia, Thailand or India. It's gonna be one helluva trip!!!
