If anyone has a T1 or better connection and would like to re-broadcast at other, more accessible bit rates (or just lots more of the same), please go to shoutcast.com and install and run the Shoutcast DNAS server. That would be really cool. I think you may need my ISP (it's dynamic...) so e-mail me off the list if you plan on doing this. You may not. I'm barely capable of making this stuff work : ).
