Having previously posted a few choice rants on the subject of BadOrb fulfillment and service, I feel out of fairness that I should mention that Garphoo has finally responded to my repeated inquiries about a BOB/TOG subscription order that died after 4.5 and has promised to sort me out with three packages winging their way out of the Gardonian mail stop today. I'll post again if/when the product arrives. But there is hope... JG
I must generally agree that there is hope. I informed garpho that I had lost my job and had no money for BOBS and he (she?) was nice enough to hold some for me for 3 months until I got a new job. :) On Tue, 29 Jan 2002, John Goelzer wrote:

that's some pretty nice service for ya...badorb is winning me back. after a bad run w/ bob's 1-7, I am totally satisfied (got my tog 8 only now, no records, is this normal?). also got double charged for a large order after the holidays but after a quick mail to garphoo everything was solved, I was even granted bob 9 mp3s for free. which is great, cos I got to hear it early & I'm obviously ordering it anyways. I like this new communicating badorb. I have 5 togs now. is that a little overkill? yes, but I like to think I'm supporting the orb as my wardrobe grows. ant
