<< I was recently lamenting the absence of stupid, overblown crap like Styx or ELP or Rush. >>
"absence"? i know that Rush just released a live show (SARSstock in Toronoto earlier this year) in MP3 on their website. [NOTE: i did not download this, but the Film Critic for my site is a huge Rush fan, and he was going on about it....]
Rush's DVD of the Rio concert will be released soon as well. Saw show in SF - it was ok, but too much old/slow stuff. After such a great/strong album (I rate Vapor Trails even with Moving Pictures as my favorites from them, with Power Windows a current 2nd - changes w/what I'm into at moment), it was disappointing that they did not do more of the material from it on tour.
<< Does anyone here like Psychic TV? >>
they have such a wide variety of stuff out there -- some of it great, some tedious. i like some of it...
Yup. A lot of it REALLY BAD.
<< I'm one of those people that really loved Towards Thee Infinite Beat. >>
