So, I received the album yesterday. I'm underwhelmed. This is so clearly a Fehlmann album it isn't funny. It's still good, but this is my least favorite Orb album ever (and I even kind of liked B&T and Cydonia). One thing; listening to Captain Korma, one of the elements seems very familiar; it reminds me of, I suspect, one of William Orbit's Strange Cargoes, perhaps one of the Water From A Vineleaf remixes. (Or maybe something from Northern Exposure.) Anyone else have any insight? Also, did Apple Tree In My Backyard ever get the release that had been hinted at beyond the Youth compilation? Chris (or did we already discuss this, and I just missed it?)
