Re: [Orb] Mickey Mars RULES =P
Yeah, the 7" is ok. The 14 minute version is shit - it's just overly long and boring...and dare I say it, a little unsubtle. Bit like they said, oh we need a new track for the best of compo - see what you can knock up over lunch will you. Like the cover says "needs edit" ;-) If someone can give me an IP address l/p I'll gladly rip it to mp3 and stick it on there....honestly, you won't believe how lame it is. I paid a bit for it, but seeing as it's not all that I'm not that bothered now. IRT Rach's ad music - amazing how many good tracks get used on adverts or for short TV hooks and stuff now - I was watching Ray Mears' survival the other day, and I heard Zero 7, Royksopp, LemonJelly and the like. I'm positive I heard a snippet from a Kruder & Dormeister remix on one of those poxy DIY programmes the other day too....still waiting to hear Thievery Corporation though. _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
