Do any list members read Jeff Noon's books? "Vurt", "Pollen" & "Automated Alice" are all total classics. His books after that got really weird. I finally got "Falling Out of Cars" from e-bay. Not sure if it was ever released in the U.S. because I could never find it in-store anywhere. It was good, really back to form. If you haven't read any of his books I would recommend starting with "Vurt". Kind of "A Clockwork Orange" on acid & ecstasy with feathers & a techno beat. Highly recommended. I spent the weekend on the beach in Malibu listening to classic "Orb" and finishing "Falling Out of Cars". It couldn't have been a more beautiful weekend. John Wintemute
Go and check out his 'Nymphomation' next. A whole new slant on the Lotto in Manchester. Now where'd I put my feather... John Wintemute wrote:

Read that one quite a while ago. Vurt & Pollen both as 1st editions. FINALLY got "Needle in the Groove" from e-bay. Seems like his last few books have not been published in the US.
