I know this CD has been around for quite a few months, but I've been listening to it again recently and it really is stunning - especially with the current shit that's going on. The those that haven't heard of it, The Fire This Time is a double CD about the history of Iraq and the events leading up to Gulf War 1. The first CD is compiled from lots of news quotes, backed with an excellent audio mix. The second CD is just the audio mix - with tracks & remixes of tracks from HIA, Soma, Orbital, Aphex Twin, Bola, etc, which on it's own is worth it. Even if you already have the CD, it's worth checking out the related website at http://www.firethistime.org as this has all the information that didn't make it into the CD booklet (originally supposed to be 72 pages).
