BWAHAHAHAHA! Up until Rush Limbaugh really got popular it was really pretty easy to sit and have a heated yet civil and intelligent discourse about politics. The people on the right new about the platforms, ideals, and vision of the future of the lefts and vice versa. But starting with Regan's second run for President and the beginning of the take-over of the Republican party by the fundamentalist Christians and the introduction of hate radio, most noteably Limbaugh, the act of actually discussing politics or engaging one another has been tossed out. Now it's "You're with us or against us," "good or evil," "black or white," "don't talk to me because you're wrong," "tax and spend liberal," "I'm not listening! I'm not listening! NYA NYA NYA NYA." Now the biggest piggie of them all, Mr. DICK Cheney tells a Senator, on the FLOOR of the Senate, to go fuck himself. And he brags about how it made him feel better. Absolutely shameful. This is, after all, the party that claims to have returned dignity to the Whitehouse (the only people that believe this are the same ones that listen to Rush Limbaugh, nodding "you're right" as they listen). Now it's the fucking JOCKS and FRAT BOYS that run things. Worse yet it's super rich jocks and frat boys that believe they're bringing on THE RAPTURE by their policies. People for whom time is meaningless: "The reason we went to war a year ago is for these reasons we're saying now, not the ones we said a year ago, so it's ok. You don't agree? YOU'RE A TERRORIST!!!" This is exactly how it started with Hitler. Except Hitler didn't have to get his brother to rig an election or make sure that the new computer voting machines with no paper trail are made by a man who has said he will "do whatever it takes" to get Bush elected.
