Moog/photo/huge/star wars/genetic/duck/day off stuff
1) If you get the chance, try messing about with moogs new theremin, the Etherwave Pro ( http://www.moogmusic.com ) - you don't even have to be a musician to produce a damn fine sound (pity about the price though). 2) By the way the orb site is requesting your photos - "keep 'em kleen......keep 'em orb related....perhaps...."!!?! ( http://www.theorb.com/Images.html ) 3) Anyone going to be 'compus mentus' enough to record tonights show at the Coronet ? 4) Did any listee buy the e-bay 60 MIN "Huge evergrowning..." a while back? Is it a better quality recording than the distorted mp3 version? In the correct state of mind this track syncs in well with the new Star Wars trilogy DVD's PLAYED AT X8. Don't forget to slow down: "New Hope-iv" to X1 at "0:42:57" for the Alien Bar scene. Definitely a pub worth visiting - astronauts propping up the bar, hook-ah smoking aliens, weird cross species encounters, etc. Just found out that genetic sequencing shows that our earliest ancestor was a Fungus (that eventually evolved into a sponge), etc, etc, "...... just as that first fungus could ever have conceived of the orb mailing list so we can not possibly imagine our destiny............" 5) DANGER - just gone missing from its present owner: BE WARNED! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5508453273 np: dub trees (nature....) & dvd reefer madness (speeded up to X8) - cos I have a day off, ha! -wish I could be at the show tonight. _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger! Ahh, the only instrument in the world one plays by not touching any part of it. I saw a band thursday opening for "...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead" named ICQ - they are the first band in years I saw using a Theramin in years. The guy even played it with the neck of his guitar while playing Guitar! Gavin __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Address AutoComplete - You start. ICQ recently came through Orlando, and sadly I missed it, and have been chastised for playing at a different event on the same night. I've got a digital thermin on my iPaq that i've been thinking about incorporating into my live sets. mad love, .eric * * *xenlab (music) { * / .nfo + d.load =/ http://xenlab.ezrpm.com/ <http://xenlab.ezrpm.com> *}* Gavin Miller wrote:
