Yah HSS is a super cool technology. Too bad its been in OEM for like 4 years already without a single consumer product made :(

 

I really like the idea of its unidirectionality (think: pointing the signal of someone's voice at their image on a movie screen, so the source of the signal moves along with the image) and conformity of frequency response. How nice to have a single component which can produce all audible sounds in a range of like +/- 5% of its total frequency range. Go ultrasound!
