it depends on your definition of official, as 1,2 and 3 were all run off internally by Island - but only 2 and 3 were distributed as proper "promo" versions...
 
...as the first, 2xCD-R was a very limited run (band members, etc) of the initial edits of the potential album tracks, and not for wider distribution.
 
i was given one of the sets, but sold it on ebay a few years ago when my wife was very ill and i needed the money (andy hughes hasn't spoken to me since then, sadly...).
 
i think it went to a list member in the end...so thankyou, as the money it raised still amazes me now (and was put to good use).
 
there was also a 4-track internal cd-r (not a "proper" promo) - taken from V1/V2, as they're the same on both:
 
once more (4:39)
promis (5:27)
mile long lump of lard (8:38)
terminus (11:00)
in addition, there was a UK promo (dated July 14th 2000) with the same 13-tracks as listed on the US promo version (on MCA) from the same year...
 
...and also a 14-track UK promo (as 2000 promo + "EDM") that matches the 2001 UK release - or at least the "special edition".
 
all of these came with standard Island black type on white paper inserts - no "proper" artwork.
 
the cydonia outtakes is a boot, afaik.

Think I've got Versions 1 & 2 lying around somewhere - definitely official.

The 2xCDR (number 1) was also official - I know somebody who has that one.

US Promo - yup, again, I think that one's official.

Dunno about the Outtakes?
