I like Orb sessions much more then Okie.. Okie sound dull and lifeless. I have heard better Fehlmann songs in the past. Orb sessions is more diverse, ok they are older songs, but i don't care.. gr, R

I'm glad to hear the Orb is finally moving forward rather than recycling the same rooster samples and dub basslines ad nauseum a la B&T, because I think we can all agree that it was pretty tired. It sounds much more contemporary and I think it fits in quite nicely in the kompakt catalog and along side artists in a similar vein such as Jan Jenelik and Ezekiel Honig.
'Orbsessions Volume 1' has the recycled rooster samples and etc.... There's a vocally track on there as well that's pretty awful too. 'Okie Dokie...' is a much better effort, and like you said, primarily a Fehlmann LP, while 'Orbsessions' is more of a Paterson LP....
