It's no one's right but the woman's to decide what's best for her body. As far as I'm concerned, a fetus (foetus for you limeys =D ) is nothing but a parasitic entity until the umbilical cord is cut... And if for any reason the woman can't or won't be able to have the child, then it's her right to end the pregnancy...
Absolutely right. Allow me to expand on that - specifically, the woman is already a human being - hence, she has rights. The baby, until it is born, is a _potential_ human being, hence it has no rights (if it was certain that the baby would be born alive and well, then it would, but its status as a potentiality, not an actuality, and hence its non-rights status, is a product of this lack of certainty). Since it does not have rights, it is WRONG (the opposite/violation of a RIGHT) to ban the woman to exercise HER right to control her own body and what is or is not in it. T
