[Orb] Little people that reside within my mind

Can anybody tell me exactly what Dr.Alex Patterson is a doctor of? Hope I don't make too much ofan arse of myself however I'm young, an un-educated. Much like an apple with no shine.....A tad dull really. Many thanks Duncan
