[Orb] Richard Devine

Thanks to Rachel for the recommendation. I got Asect Desect or whatever and at first it sounded like Chris Clark or some other notable, but merely generically named Warp Artist, then something very unique happened and the album started to kick in.. it does sound a bit like orb, with the attention-starved bass (or at least what orb SHOULD sound like).
