As Constitutional law is one of my favorites, Could anyone answer me this; Does the American Costitution mentions "in written" that the Americans have the right to bare arms or such a right is just interpretted by a more general article? And when such an article was voted? By whom and under what circumstances? Thanks in advance... Dimos .......................................................................
