Let's see here. Aphex Twin uses a PC now, has macs, but has only lately been seen with a PC giging. Same with Squarepusher and Luke Vibert. The only artist recently I've seen with a Mac is Mu-ziq. From memory; 808 State, A Guy Called Gerald, New Order, The Orb, Orbital, Aphex Twin, etc all use Macs exclusively. Guess the reason for this is that musically, the Macintosh was the first computer to have serious musical capabilities, with the PC having to play catch-up in terms of both software and hardware. Nowadays, of course, both hardware and software is comparable, but Macs still remain a favourite with musos!

I'm on a i-mac,and I find the whole machine a lot user friendlier than Windows machines overall.
-Ive also seen a coule of mac's on stage at a Le orb gig for what it's worth!
