It could just be my opinion but wasn't The Orb at it's best when they just stuck to their Ambient thing??
BOB 12 is the new orb. It is as close to the 'old' Orb as we're gonna get. However, I do not miss anything... they have always updated their sound with each new release... sure, Orbvs Terravm is the Orb's finest release, IMO, but that doesn't mean that cydonia or orblivion sucked cuz it wasn't another Orbvs or Ultraworld release... hell, if anything I wish he'd release more albums in the Pomme Fritz vien... Lx would be boring if he stuck to the same thing. The Bad Orb releases seem to either please or repulse your average orb fan... which is weird to me... since i immediately dug all the stuff on that label... it's the only "ambient left-field dub'n bass" record label that i know of.... -er:c __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
