[Orb] Orb FTP site

Hello, I was trying to download some mp3's from this site and it went pretty slow untill it came to a hault. I got the ftp addy in here. Kohdaw.zapto.org I'm in seattle washington and have a pretty darn fast cable connection. Where is this server located? Is there a reason for it being horribly slow?
