the reason you probably hear tino all over the place is that the original tino albums were breaks for djs and artist who wanted samples. i myself have used lots from their break albums in my bands live sets or recordings. at some point (i think it was around the dub set) they went in a new direction and decided to market themselves more as a band and not just a production studio. and dont forget ben stokes. he's great. the video stuff, as well as the production, he does is really fantastic. tweez --- chas <deejaysux@yahoo.com> wrote:
i love me some tino! smooth little joints that dangers character cranks out,, really basic and too-the-point sounding,, great stuff. im sure everyone here would get a kick out of those releases. the breaks used must be classic ones,, i hear them all over the place (in other tracks)
