A bigger and brighter version from the orb vaults. Mad Professor gets the full Orb treatment & all the plugs face off with each other in full affect. A all time favourite tune of LX#s turned upside down & INSIDE OUT." Not quite sure whether or not this is the same as on the "I'll Be Black" 2xCD, this is unmixed anyway.] excl002 The Orb - 23rd Century Football 2 [Ambient!] excl003 The Orb - Blast Master ["A reunion of Jimmy Cauty and Lx Paterson, remixed by Thomas Fehlmann". Typical Thomas remix, dub techno style.] excl004 The Orb - Once More (Bedrock Dub Remix) ["A rare Once More Dub Remix by Bedrock (some of you may know him by a different name), previously unheard and unreleased." Another remix version of the track, nothing outstanding IMO.] excl005 Mad Orb - Dirty Disco Dub (Hello Daddy Remix) [The shop lists this track as "Dirty Disco Dub (Hello Daddy Remix)", whereas the mp3 tag notes "Dirty Dancehall Dub O/Nite Mix". "Original Mix that wasn't choosen for the album" Nice Orb weirdness.] excl006 The Orb - Portuguese Castles 3.14159 [Unreleased version of 'Spanish Castles In Space'. "Not Spanish..." Wonderful version of the track.] excl007 The Orb - Royal Blue Room [This is a previously unreleased version of "Blue Room", done together with Matthew (who is he???). "Not turquoise...". ] excl008 The Orb - M's [This is a previously unreleased remix of 'Centuries'. "Tea at Toms Remix of an Orb Classic....". Great epic ambient/dub techno remix, clocking in at 13.36! Just like the old days. Hi, It's been quiet on the mailing list recently, in opposite to Alex. Since April, The Orb are releasing a previously unreleased track/version every week, up for grabs for GBP 0.99 via www.theorb.com . Number 7 got released last Tuesday ("Royal Blue Room"). BTW: does anyone know who "Matthew" is, the artist credited together with The Orb for this track? Regards, Johan
