hi all. does anyone know anything about the 5 x 10'' vinyl edition of this one? i am just wondering since it is a 9 track cd... and there are 10 sides on the vinyl edition cheers claus

Hi again. Now I am 'On track'... Is there please anyone who can give me a summarized update on what is going on with the orb? I guess it all has been discussed here - but please... What happened to the live DVD that was mentioned on theorb.com a long time ago? What has happened to 'the apple tree' single And what about Dr. Who? What else has been cancelled or delayed or whatever... And what else is planned for release - and when?. Does anyone know Enjoy Claus

On the US DVD edition, the individual tracks don't list the first one, so it only appears to be nine tracks. But when you play the whole movie, the first track is there. I think it gets ignored because it's only 24 seconds. I know it's not quite what you were asking, but it might apply... rachel, are you talking about the noc noc in seattle? // Also, on Fri, I was at one of my local bars, the Noc Noc. Its really // not known for their djs, but they have a fairly good setup. Early in // the evening there was quite a bit of ambient and reggae/dub playing, // and in the course of 2 hours, 2 Orb songs, plus the Higher Than The Orb // remix. I was thrilled.

Hey Orbsters! I've had quite a few lovely Orbish moments lately, and thought I'd share... Thomas Felhmann was in SF last night. He played a fantastic live set, to an embarrassingly empty space. I'd say there were less than 100 people there. Still, all the better for me! I love intimate shows like that. I didn't hear anything of his work with the Orb, but plenty of Kompakt-sounding tunes. Anyone else out here make it? Also, on Fri, I was at one of my local bars, the Noc Noc. Its really not known for their djs, but they have a fairly good setup. Early in the evening there was quite a bit of ambient and reggae/dub playing, and in the course of 2 hours, 2 Orb songs, plus the Higher Than The Orb remix. I was thrilled.
