Fuck $300 lights that tell me the world's about to end. Give me a stack of dry cleaning bags, something to hang them from, a lighter and some acid and I'll show you a damned cool thing to look at. Take a bag (you know, those super thin gossamer-ish plastic covers) and tie really tight nots in it every six inches or so. Practice makes purpose. Now hang this in a really dark place that is really well ventilated. Light the bottom. Once it gets lit little laser bolts of burning plastic drip off the end with a killer little noise: "Voot, voot, voot." That's why they're called voot voots (pronounced like foot, not toot). Just be sure there's a place for the smoke to go because they literally vomit black smoke into the air. That's kind of cool too if you've got a flashlight. Not that I recommend doing lots of halucinogens when doing this or anything. Oh, there are some different songs up on my site right now. One has been lost for years.
