Several weeks ago, during the discussion of alternative light sources, someone posted that he used a hardware store aquired "hurricane lamp" that he burned charcoal lighter fuel in and used for a anchor light. I would very much like to be able to ask that person a couple of questions, but have lost the post. If that person would contact me off list I would really appreciate it.
