When you finish the wine, blow up the bags and put them back in the locker for flotation. I've been re-using wine bags while camping for pillows and water bags for a couple of years now. They are incredibly tough and light for packing.
They seem to be a viable option for the perennial discussion we have pertaining to additional flotation in our boats. They will conform to most any space, will hold air indefinitely (as a test I've had one full of air for almost two years now) and like I said they are really tough.

Hi Rick, Three Gold Stars for your ingenious use of "wine-in-a-box" bladders. What a great idea; and what diverse uses they can be used for.... Awesome. Now that's good use of available products to fit hidey-holes in boats, and meets my old criteria - everything has to have at least two uses: three if possible.
