Well the folks at Pacific Trailer said it was a bent axel but the inspector at the trailer shop said they saw no evidence of that. But the tire wear certainly would lend it to this conclusion. Switching to radial tires since the wear was not going to pass inspection and lastly the inspector thought it was a better idea to add a second pin to the trailer extension and I agreed with him.
