Launch at Richmond Marina Bay. If the wind is decent, you can sail out of the Potrero Reach channel into the Bay to Berkeley, Angel Island, or Red Rock. If it's windy, you can safely sail up and down the reach behind the sea wall and Brooks Island. If it's hellacious, you can turn right outside Marina Bay and sail up and back in the commercial shipping channel. In other words, lots of options from this launch ramp. Splashtack
