sailing  should be fun recreational without structure or limitations. 20% should

We here at Team WrinkleBoat have been sailing at the Leukemia Cup regatta 
for  years now and have an annual ran-tan/'championship race' in conjunction 
with the  Arizona Yacht Club's Birthday Regatta (54th birthday ! !) and 
Leukemia Cup  Regatta.
