Sounds a little scary so I'll ease into that job...stall long enough to get some parental supervision. The trailer on the other hand sounds like some preventative work I should get into this weekend. Besides putting some rollers on it, I'll put the trailer guides on too like I've seen on the msog site. About how much weight should be placed on the keel support rollers as opposed to the bunks/wheels for the hull? Thanks for a great boat and advice. jared

If you decide that it is indeed a delam (by lots of tapping), I'd jack the boat up so you have working room, and grind in from the outside until you hit good glass. Using epoxy resin, first with filler, build it up to the correct profile, then put some glass on it.
Even if you can get at it from the inside I'd still do it from the outside because you'll take care of the problem of the indent.
