Gary, My 1976 M17 hull #92 has the plywood bulkheads in the locker. I do not believe it had drain holes. On another note, my M17 does not have a bilge. Some M17s have them, others do not. Odd about the forestay. Jerry can chime in and both tell you the length, and also make you one. Are you in Minnesota?
