"Energizer Bunny" Fenders
hehehe, you are right Bones, except that fender and the matching one on the other side don't have any way of doing it. They don't even have a hole for the football type pin inflator. Jo and I call those two fenders "the BIG Uglies". They came with a Coronado 23 I purchased some 13 years ago now (yes, Gary O., it was that long ago!). They looked absolutely terrible then. The plan was "we'll use these suckers 'till they burst, then we'll buy some nice fenders". Three boats and 13 years later they refuse to die! hahaha It was in the high 60's when we took that shot and they de-compress a bit. When it's 100 they are full and when it's 120 they are rock hard! They are Taylor made fenders. If I ever do replace them I will certainly buy Taylor fenders again as these babies have been abused from the San Juans, to the Socal coast, to Arizona lakes and they just keep going and going and going.......they are like the Energizer Bunnies of Fenders. Just not as cute! Sean M23 "Dauntless" www.havasumontgomerys.piczo.com **************Life should be easier. So should your homepage. Try the NEW AOL.com.
