Please disregard my question about flotation, I hope I didn't waste time. I talked to Mr. Eng today personally. He was very cordial and seems like a really nice fellow. They don't put any foam floatation in the 15. He suggested that I put two truck size inner tubes in the boat, one under vbirth one under cockpit floor. Put some air in them and forget about it.
