In fact, one of the drum brakes simply has no internal parts as they were at some point removed. So we would be talking completely new brake assemblies and a surge coupler and all the lines to connect. To have the shop do it is around $1300. Can you lend me your opinions about refurbing this double axle trailer vs. purchasing new.
